Soft Scrambled Creamy & Buttery Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula
  • Whisk
  • Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them gently until the yolks and whites are combined.
  • In a non-stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat.
  • Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, pour in the whisked eggs.
  • Stir the eggs gently with a spatula, scraping the bottom of the skillet to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the eggs slowly, stirring continuously, until they begin to thicken but are still slightly runny.
  • If desired, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream for extra creaminess and continue to stir.
  • Remove the skillet from heat when the eggs are soft and creamy, but not fully set.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with chives if using.
  • Serve immediately.
