Soft Scrambled Creamy & Buttery Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
- Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- In a bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and whisk them gently until the yolks and whites are combined.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat.
- Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, pour in the whisked eggs.
- Stir the eggs gently with a spatula, scraping the bottom of the skillet to prevent sticking.
- Cook the eggs slowly, stirring continuously, until they begin to thicken but are still slightly runny.
- If desired, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream for extra creaminess and continue to stir.
- Remove the skillet from heat when the eggs are soft and creamy, but not fully set.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with chives if using.
- Serve immediately.
