Refreshing Berry Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 100g of fresh mint leaves
  • 50g of blueberries
  • 50g of strawberries, sliced
  • 50ml of fresh lime juice
  • 100ml of soda water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Muddler
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring jigger
  • Serving glasses

Instructions:

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with sugar syrup to release the mint oils.
  • Add the blueberries and sliced strawberries to the shaker and muddle gently to mix with the mint.
  • Pour in the fresh lime juice and add ice cubes to the shaker. Close the lid and shake well.
  • In serving glasses filled with ice, strain the mixture evenly into each glass.
  • Top each glass with soda water and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and some extra berries if desired. Serve chilled.
