Refreshing Berry Mojito

Ingredients:
- 100g of fresh mint leaves
- 50g of blueberries
- 50g of strawberries, sliced
- 50ml of fresh lime juice
- 100ml of soda water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Muddler
- Cocktail shaker
- Measuring jigger
- Serving glasses
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with sugar syrup to release the mint oils.
- Add the blueberries and sliced strawberries to the shaker and muddle gently to mix with the mint.
- Pour in the fresh lime juice and add ice cubes to the shaker. Close the lid and shake well.
- In serving glasses filled with ice, strain the mixture evenly into each glass.
- Top each glass with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and some extra berries if desired. Serve chilled.
