Quick Veggie Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 50g of bell pepper
  • 50g of spinach
  • 30g of onion
  • 30g of cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the bell pepper, onion, and spinach into small pieces.
  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the spinach to the pan and stir until wilted.
  • Pour the beaten eggs over the sautéed vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs start to set.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  • Carefully fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate. Serve hot.
