Quick Veggie Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 50g of bell pepper
- 50g of spinach
- 30g of onion
- 30g of cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Frying pan
- Spatula
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion, and spinach into small pieces.
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the spinach to the pan and stir until wilted.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the sautéed vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs start to set.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Carefully fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate. Serve hot.
