Ingredients:

  • 200g of pizza dough
  • 100g of tomato sauce
  • 150g of mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of sliced pepperoni
  • 50g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 30g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Baking sheet

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the 200g of pizza dough into a circular shape.
  • Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Spread 100g of tomato sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle 150g of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Arrange 50g of sliced pepperoni and 50g of sliced bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with 30g of grated parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
  • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
