Quick Novice Pizza

Ingredients:
- 200g of pizza dough
- 100g of tomato sauce
- 150g of mozzarella cheese
- 50g of sliced pepperoni
- 50g of bell peppers, sliced
- 30g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Baking sheet
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the 200g of pizza dough into a circular shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
- Spread 100g of tomato sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 150g of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Arrange 50g of sliced pepperoni and 50g of sliced bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with 30g of grated parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
