Juicy Classic Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • Pickles (as desired)
  • Ketchup (as desired)
  • Mustard (as desired)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill
  • spatula
  • mixing bowl
  • measuring cups
  • knife

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the burger patties on the grill for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  • While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly golden.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, a slice of tomato, and pickles. Add ketchup and mustard to taste before placing the top half of the bun on the burger.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite side.
