Fluffy Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients:
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 10g baking powder
- 30g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 200ml milk
- 30g unsalted butter, melted
- Maple syrup for serving

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and melted butter to it, mixing well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (some lumps are okay).
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with some butter or oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping the cooked pancakes warm.
- Serve the pancakes warm drizzled with maple syrup.
