Ingredients:
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 30g of brown sugar
- 50g of unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 70g of chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, and whisk until creamy and smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out small portions of dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
