Creamy Mac and Cheese Delight

Ingredients:
- 200g of elbow macaroni
- 50g of butter
- 50g of all-purpose flour
- 500ml of milk
- 200g of cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g of Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of mustard powder (optional)

Instructions:
- Cook the elbow macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain in a colander.
- In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the grated cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Add salt, pepper, and mustard powder (if using) to the cheese sauce for flavor.
- Combine the drained macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring well to coat all the pasta with cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle some extra cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
