Classic Margherita Pizza

Ingredients:
- 250g of pizza dough
- 200g of crushed tomatoes
- 150g of mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly over the pizza dough.
- Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute them over the tomato sauce.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Place fresh basil leaves evenly on the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
