  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • Beat in the vanilla extract and the egg into the butter mixture until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough, spacing them appropriately.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
