Ingredients:

  • 250g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 150g of pizza dough
  • 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
  • Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Scatter the sliced red onions over the cheese and add oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
