BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
- 250g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 150g of pizza dough
- 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50g of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- Mixing bowl

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Scatter the sliced red onions over the cheese and add oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
